First of all our hearts go out to those who endured this virus and like many of you, we’ve been closely monitoring the developing situation around COVID-19 and have been impacted by it. We recognize that material handling and transportation needs will continue as this crisis unfolds and we are committed as ever to our country and world by providing equipment to those in need to get the job done.
The health and safety of our employees and dealers is our top priority, and we want to take a moment to let you know we are behind you in these difficult times.
Our operations will continue and stay open for business in helping to provide our dealers with the equipment necessary to keep the wheel turning.
Here’s what you can do:
Monitoring ongoing updates on COVID-19 from public health officials.
Following recommendations for reducing the spread of germs, including frequent, sustained handwashing and using hand sanitizers.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Stay home when you are sick.
Refrain from shaking hands or other close-proximity interactions.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
Don't hoard essential foods, there is not a shortage of supplies.
Stay calm we will get through this.
Visit customers and dealers only on the basis that is required and approved.
Finally, we want to give a special thanks to our dealer network and sales force who are going above and beyond in continuing to serve those customers in need of material
handling equipment. We hope these measures and services can help alleviate some of the stress and burden during this time and encourage you to reach out if there’s anything further we can do. Thanks as always for working with us and keep the faith.
